15 Day Replacement Guarantee

All physical products purchased from our Online Store are covered under our 15 Day Replacement Policy. If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or damages at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a brand new replacement at no extra cost.

• Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product, subject to availability.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount to you. Please note that once the product has been shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Product Defects & Returns

Products that have been received and found to have defects are eligible for replacement. However, the following circumstances will not be eligible for return or replacement:
